At the present time we are producing four organic beers:
Organic Pilsner
Brewed with organic pilsner malt and organic hops, our European style Pilsner is straw colored and has a crisp, refreshing finish. It is 4.5% alcohol by volume. 2006 Gold Medal German Style Pilsner.
Organic Porter
Brewed with premium organic malted barley and organic hops, this beer is a rich and robust dark ale with a crisp hop start and a smooth chocolate finish. It is 6.1% alcohol by volume.
Organic Pale Ale
Our Pale Ale is medium bodied with a hint of caramel sweetness complemented by a generous hop flavor and aroma. It is 5.0% alcohol by volume.
Organic India Pale Ale
Our IPA is full bodied with a mild caramel malt flavor and liberal hop presence. A delight for all hop-heads. It is 6.4% alcohol by volume.
